Quality Assurance

We place a great emphasis on meeting
our customer’s quality and service requirements
and on building long term relationships.

We have robust internal production and quality
control procedures and after audit have been
approved to produce for companies such
as Next, Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose & BHS .
We have effective production control systems
in place and our well established QC systems
give full batch traceability. Microbiological tests
are carried out on all relevant products by an
ISO/UKAS accredited independent laboratory.

All our line operatives are fully trained, full
time, employees. We do not use agency
labour. This enables us to ensure that the
highest possible quality standards are
maintained through constant vigilance &
attention to detail.

We maintain full filling records for customer
& Trading Standards inspection & have a range
of calibrated on-line testing equipment to check
weight, cap torques, crimp integrity etc.
